My pool pump stopped running, can you repair it?
Oftentimes, yes! Many residential and commercial pool pumps can be repaired by replacing minor to major components. If you are unsure if repair or replacement is best for you, we will be happy to guide you through your options.
Will you sell me repair parts for my motor/pump?
Unfortunately we do not offer repair parts for sale, as we believe that repairs should only be attempted by professionals to guarantee accuracy, safety, and longevity of repairs. If you are working on a budget for repairs, we can advise on any options you may have to stay within budget on repairs.
How much will it cost to repair my motor/pump?
Frequently the full scale of a repair cannot be known until a detailed teardown and inspection of your equipment has been performed. We take a small inspection fee at delivery, and can provide an accurate quote on repair or replacement after having performed the needed disassembly and review.
How long will it take to repair my motor/pump?
Repair times are generally determined by how many repairs are in the queue ahead of your equipment, and whether or not parts will need to be ordered for repair.
I need my pump/motor repaired ASAP, do you offer rush services?
Yes! For a small added rate, we can offer rush services on your repairs and replacements when applicable. Please be aware, there is no such thing as a "rush estimate".
Do you sell new motors/pumps?
Yes! We stock many commonly used residential and light commercial motors, and have access to a wife variety of motor and pump options to order.
Will you come to my home to work on a motor/pump?
No. Unofrtunately we do not offer onsite residential services at this time. If you have questions or a need for service, we will be happy to to point you in the right direction to address the issue as best we can.
I have a starter/alternator/anchor winch/etc. Can you repair it?
No. Unfortnately, we do not service motors from automotive/heavy equipment/marine applications. We usually recommend contacting the equipment manufacturers to check for any certified repair shops or companies in these cases.
What are your horus of operation?
Our counter is open to customers Monday through Friday, 9AM-4PM EST.
do you have any after-hours service?
Yes! If you have any emergency, please call and leave a message with your name, phone number, and the nature of the emergency. Please be sure to specify that your are requesting emergency/after-hours service.
My motor/pump is making noise. Can you listen to it over the phone and give me an idea of what it will cost to repair.
No. In order to adequately gauge the causes of failure and courses of corrective action, the motor/pump must be brought to our technicians so that they can see the issue.
